ShareLovingston Nelson County, Virginia Conditions are slowly improving across Nelson County. On Monday many roads showed blacktop for the first time since Friday night. Yesterday, all non-essential / non-emergency government offices were closed. Most locations in Nelson had little or no mail service either.
