ShareFirst it was Hurricane Gustav that delayed Nelson County’s BPL installation. Now, it is Ike. From the CVEC site: “As speculated, our line crews have been recalled to aid in the Hurricane Ike Relief efforts. We will not have any crews assisting in deployment next week.
