Yoga in Stoney Creek/Nellysford this Sunday
Iyengar (hatha) yoga class led by Shaaron Honeycutt in a beautiful and spacious facility, right in “downtown” Nellysford at the Tuckahoe Club House.
This week classes on Sunday, Oct. 24 Class begins at 9 a.m. and runs through to 10:30 a.m.
This is a multi-level class, for both beginners and those with experience. Check it out!

Will call if there’s NO class…. otherwise we’re on. Bring any yoga props you may have, including a yoga mat (but if you don’t have anything, c’mon anyway… there’s some for you to borrow).
