Tuesday we told you about the 25th James River Batteau Festival that’s underway. It continues today and wraps up Saturday evening, Our photographer and videographer, Norm Shafer, went along for part of the trip on this 25 year celebration. He captured many of the sights and sounds along the James. Incredible, is one word that comes to mind to describe Norm’s work.
