With a healthy natural snow earlier this week, and snow making equipment in full gear, this weekend looks to be a great start to the 2009-2010 ski season at Wintergreen Resort here in Nelson County.

The resort’s slopes are scheduled to open to the public on Saturday at 9AM and the same on Sunday.

    I’ve been waiting for this, let’s hope it’s a cold and snowy winter for the resort!
