Fitness Food and Fun Night
Rockfish River Elementary School and the PTA join to offer an evening of food, fun and fitness for the whole family. There will be food demonstrations and foods to taste, short exercise classes to enjoy, health screenings for free and reduced prices, lots of fun events, information booths and door prizes galore! 5:30-7:30 pm Thursday November 19.
