The first day of Winter in Nelson County started off as an icy one if you traveled out of the valley and above 2000 feet. Thanks to Brina Dickert for sharing this photo with us of the beautiful ice up in the trees at Rockfish Gap.
The icy weather is gone for a day or so, but the bitterly cold temperatures are in! Looks for more details over in Tommy’s Weather updated late Sunday night. And be looking for a couple more of Brian’s pics from the BRP over there as well. They are very nice!
